FIGURES
The manuscript uses vector PDF figures from the figures/ folder. The corresponding PNG files are included as convenient previews, but the LaTeX source uses the PDFs.

DESIGN CONVENTION
The Prime-Power Factor Matrix is drawn with a lower-left origin. Prime bases increase to the right; exponent levels increase upward. Cells retain a fixed comparison size in the conceptual and interactive system; larger atlases grow or scroll rather than shrinking the cells to fit a predetermined box.

STATUS
This is an unpublished, non-peer-reviewed discussion draft prepared for feedback. It separates exact results, finite numerical evidence, and open research questions. It does not claim a proof of the Riemann hypothesis or a generally faster prime algorithm.

DATA
The included data/derived_metrics.json contains the numerical summaries used in the paper. Large raw exports are retained outside this bundle and are named in Appendix B of the manuscript.

REPRODUCING FIGURES
The optional script analysis/build_figures.py regenerates the manuscript figures when run in an environment with Python, NumPy, Matplotlib, and access to the raw files named in the script. Overleaf does not need to run this script; all compiled figure PDFs are already included.
