- New home page: a playground for primes and zeta zeros, with a seven-page start-here path and the labs in groups.
- New `labs.html` listing all 42 labs by group; the original home moved to `atlas.html` as the Prime Atlas section.
- Shared header: menu is now Home · Start here · Labs ▾ · Prime Atlas ▾.
- 35 new lab pages given the shared header; adaptive labs pinned to dark; `Prime-balance-lab` retitled Balance Formula Lab; Zeta Worlds added.
- Staging `noindex` removed; `robots.txt` allows indexing.

# Changelog

All released lab files are immutable: a change to a lab means a new version
and a new file in `source-originals/`. The site shell has its own version.

## site-v0.1 — 2026-09-10

First static shell around the PrimeMind laboratories.

- Shared `<pm-site-header>` custom element (Shadow DOM) with primary
  navigation, a More menu, and a per-lab source strip showing file name,
  version, snapshot date, EXACT / EMPIRICAL / OPEN marks, and a download
  link for the unaltered original.
- Home page with the live fingerprint figure, claim legend, and lab index.
- Branches, Paper, Methods & terminology, and Archive pages.
- Seven labs integrated as direct routes under `labs/`. Each page is the
  original file plus the header tag and a staging `noindex` line; nothing
  else was changed. Exception, documented in `tools/integrate-labs.py`:
  the Branch Envelope page's own Content-Security-Policy gained `'self'`
  and its full-viewport iframe is shortened by the header height.
- Lazy stub for the 43 MB Layer States report (file not bundled).
- Self-hosted fonts (Spectral, IBM Plex Mono; OFL). No external requests.
- Staging: `robots.txt` disallows all, every page carries `noindex`.
